2025 Parade of Garage Sales is sponsored by Melissa Kost Realty! Our community-wide event offers multiple households holding garage sales on the same day. This is a great way to clear out your clutter, connect with neighbors, and attract more shoppers than a single sale could!
How It Works:
- Each participating household runs their own garage sale at their own property.
- We advertise the event as one big “Parade of Sales” to draw shoppers from nearby areas.
- A community map will be created showing all participating addresses and sale highlights.
- You keep 100% of your sales — no fees to join and open to members and non-members alike
What You’ll Need to Do:
- Sign up by June 27 at noon to be included on the official map.
- On the day of the sale, set up your items, handle your own sales, and enjoy the crowds!
- We’ll provide a free lawn sign, and optional “seller kits” before the event.
